All asking prices for site improvements do not include the current Sunkatchers RV Park Co-Operative share price of $10,000 plus $15,000 capital contributions for a total of $25,000 (February 18, 2016). The Park does not involve itself in negotiations regarding sale of improvements. All prospective members must be approved by the Board of Directors.
